Our Process

Start by filling out our new client consultation form .

  1. Our team will give you a call to chat about your project, timeline, location, and budget to make sure it’s a good match.

  2. We’ll then come out for a one-hour visit to get a better feel for your space and talk through things like:

    • Design and Plant preference

    • Space priorities (e.g., seating areas, water features, children play areas, etc.)

    • Timelines and restrictions

    • Potential references and or inspiration images

  3. Afterward, we’ll send you a clear summary of what we discussed, along with any helpful visuals. From there, you can decide what next steps feel right for you.

    • For smaller projects, once we’ve nailed down the scope, we can often get a quote back to you pretty quickly.

  4. At this point a deposit will be required to move the job forward. For larger projects, we will enter a second conversation / meeting where we begin designing and depending on the scope of the project, drafting plans and ideas.

    • This design will include either plans, that have been drafted up, or a design deck with reference images that pertain to the idea behind the garden.

  5. Lastly we would begin the project, where our team will complete the entirety of the project to the specs of the design.
